Plastering is a part of building works. Some type bricks do not plastering need. Because they have good finishing. Eg. Interlock bricks, some laterite brick walls,etc.It reduce the cost .
Flooring is another finishing work. Many type of materials used for it. Floor tiles are used nowadays. Vitrified tiles, some other type of tiles are used for flooring. Decorative type of tiles are available now.
In a room cupboard works are necessary. That helps more storage place of rooms and Halls, Kitchens etc. The pipe fittings taken good quality equipments. The electrical works and plumping works are the main works of buildings. So good quality materials used by these works.
At last finished for painting. Some cases no need painting. On a plastering wall must have painting. Some cases no paint required. When finish the painting then desire housewarming.
